Why we can offer this
Every plan includes at least 12 real Android testers, daily app testing and a testing window of 14 to 21 days. We stand behind every completed test with a full refund of your plan price or free retesting if production access is rejected. You choose the option that works for you.
What is covered
- Google refuses production access
- After your completed test, choose a full refund or a free re-run, subject to the exclusions below.
- Fewer than 12 testers joined
- If we do not reach 12 opted-in testers on your closed track, full refund.
- The count fell because of us
- If a tester we placed drops out and we cannot restore the count, full refund.
- You cancel before testers join
- Change your mind before anyone opts in and every rupee comes back.
What is not
These exclusions apply under our refund policy.
- You removed testers, halted the rollout, unpublished the release or deleted the closed track during the run
- You applied for production access before the 14 days were complete
- You never sent a working opt-in link, despite reminders, within 14 days of paying
- Google removed your app or suspended your developer account during the run
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or email hi@applime.io with your payment reference or receipt.
- Tell us whether you want the refund or the free re-run.
- We respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5 to 7 business days to credit the amount.
The full legal wording is in our refund policy, which forms part of our terms.
