Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 7 September 2026.
Cancelling before testers join
You can cancel at any time before testers have started opting in to your closed track, for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@appline.io with your payment reference.
Cancelling after testers have joined
Once testers have opted in, the service has begun and the cost has been incurred. Cancellations after this point are not refundable, except as set out below.
If we fail to deliver
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- we do not get at least 12 testers opted in to your closed track; or
- the count falls below 12 because of something we did or failed to do, and we cannot restore it.
If Google refuses production access
You get your money back. If your closed test completes and Google refuses your production access application, we refund the full ₹349. If you would rather try again, we re-run the entire 14-day period free instead. The choice is yours, and you can ask for either within 30 days of the refusal.
The only runs this does not cover are ones ended from your side, which are listed under “When a refund is not available” below. The plain version of this guarantee is on our guarantee page.
When a refund is not available
- You removed testers, halted the rollout, unpublished the release or deleted the closed track during the period.
- You did not supply a working opt-in link within 14 days of paying, despite reminders.
- Your app was removed by Google, or your developer account was suspended, during the period.
- You applied for production access before the 14 days completed.
How to request a refund
Email support@appline.io with your payment reference (it starts with pay_ and is on your Razorpay receipt) and a short description of what happened. We respond within 48 hours.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5 to 7 business days to credit it. UPI refunds usually arrive sooner.
